Ripple has discussed making the on demand liquidity (XRP) volume available on its website. Matt Hamilton who is the Director of Developer Relations for RippleX, stated in a twitter comment this morning.
This has been discussed. I’m not sure of the specific details as to why or why not etc. There is obviously some commercial confidentiality aspects. But I was told that it is planned in the future to make this data available

Matt has followed up too his initial tweet that he does not know the specifics, but there has been talks at Ripple to make the data available. Through the On-Demand Liquidity (ODL) service, RippleNet leverages the digital asset XRP as a bridge between two currencies, allowing you to eliminate pre-funding of destination accounts, reduce operational costs and unlock capital.
